In no event will Amplify OEM be liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages or any damages whatsoever in excess of USD 100. This includes without limitation those damages resulting from loss of revenues, lost profits, loss of goodwill, loss of use, business interruption, or other intangible losses arising out of or in connection with the site or services provided by Amplify OEM.
